The sitting room bay window, from which you can enjoy a view of the harbour and coastline out to the Lizard.

Cosy but spacious sitting room with a wood burning stove. Natural oak floor. Comfortably furnished to seat 6 with 2 sofas and a club chair, coffee table, bookcase complete with a library of books and a selection of DVDs. LCD television with Sky Freesat and a DVD player. There are also games and jigsaw puzzles for you.

The cottage is heated by night storage heaters, all heating and electricity is included in the rental.

The fireplace has a wood burning stove which uses environmentally friendly "Eco Briqs" your first bag of bricks is supplied free for winter lets (October to May) further supplies are available locally.

Lovely garden on 3 levels.

Decked area at the top has a table, chairs and a BBQ. Perfect for cooking the fresh fish bought straight off the fishing boats in the harbour.
